First step: tearing out all the carpet....the last renters had pets that made the carpet smell and was very soiled, so tearing out the carpet was a MUST!
Following the carpet removal, we painted the rooms--- one a reddish color and the other a dark purple color. Then we started doing the hardwood floors in those rooms as well. We did both living rooms and the bedroom all at one time, making it quite a project for flooring, but so worth it!

Once again, I am so happy with the talent you have Andrew to make your home so beautiful. I imagine Rebecca stayed away from the fumes of paint, etc.
