Over Christmas break, Andrew and I were able to make lots of meals while being snowed in at my parents house...we found a recipe that took a lot of potatoes, carrots and meat. Since we had a decent garden last summer, we have quite a few vegetables that can be used.
Washing and peeling the carrots for the stew

Making an apple dessert
And the finished product....a nice big bowl of stew for the family to eat....
Dean and I always enjoy viewing your blog. Great pictures and you have so much fun with your projects. Andrew and you make a handsome couple. Andrew was certainly blessed with good looks from his parents! His work ethics comes from a long ways back on both sides of the family. Keep the blog going, we enjoy it so much.
