The bedroom....





We started the bedroom repairs with tearing out the carpet.  We decided to do hardwood floors throughout the entire downstairs....it ended up being a several day project, but we learned lots about flooring.







 The walk- in closet is nice--- since there will be three of us living in this bedroom.  The last people that lived in the house didn't use the bedroom or closet, so we were starting from scratch with painting, etc..  I decided on a plum color for the bedroom walls.

 Andrew made the dresser last winter.  It's big and is able to hold a lot of clothes.

    The bedroom turned out beautiful! Andrew, you did a terrific job on the floors. Wow! I can hardly wait for the three of you to be together in your beds in that room. I love the color of the walls too!
